Looking for a web redesign and new POS and have contacted numerous companies - Digital Loom responded in a timely and professional manner. Their company does not specialize in custom POS systems and they were up front and honest about that fact rather than trying to sell us something we didn't need. They also provided suggestions for a platform and provided a list of companies that may be able to help us. Their websites look fantastic, and I was impressed that they would take time out of their busy day to respond and provide direction for our company.
