Our Experience with DMS Digital Sapiens Marketing has been a very unpleasant experience. It has been a waste of time and money. Digital Sapiens Marketing told us that 2 of our websites were in need of help and they could help. They would make improvements to the websites and SEO changes to help improve our page ranking. We agreed to pay $1,700 per month for this service. We also paid a set-up fee of $500. Undiscussed and obscure additional charges were also on our invoices such as OQRA App-monthly maintenance fee of $95 and a OQRA- App-SMS $25. For over 2 months DMS worked on the wrong website. No discount or credit was given for their error. After 3 months we discovered DMS had not done any work to our two websites. Instead DMS posted links and blogged. We did not agree to pay $ 1,700 a month for DMS to make blogs and back links. After meeting with my DMS Sales Rep. Jennifer O'Brien and going over the numbers and errors she seemed lost and unclear. It was not until 4 Moths later and $6800 later Ajay got involved and started to get things done on websites. However it was too late. We had lost confidence in DMS and they seemed incompetent. We also hired DMS to help with google ad words, another big mistake and waste of money. DMS made some display ad's using the wrong key words. This mistake was very costly, as we got charged ads that we were not targeting. February 1, 2017 Agreement was made with DMS at a sit down meeting, making DMS Reps. Ajay and Jennifer aware of the services we needed and they would provide. I would not recommend them, and I regret meeting them it has been costly and time consuming. To date we have paid: $1,600/$1000/$1,700/$250/$1,700/$500 Total: $6,750.00.For small companies every dollar counts. Thankfully we know about optimizing advertisement on the internet and trusted DMS to handle this category of business. Unfortunately I feel as if we were deceived and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this company to any other businesses. They are quick to send harassment letters and phone calls from collectors but are not quick at responding to customers. If they were as quick to complete a job they agreed to do, as they are at attempting to collect. We would not be in this situation. I feel sympathy for others that have also been taken advantage of.
