I got a call back within five minutes of leaving a voicemail and Ryan was very polite and helpful. They did an amazing job scanning my slides and did it extra quickly to help me make a short notice deadline. Even though it was a comparatively small job they didn't make me feel like it was any lower on the priority list than their other jobs. The best part was that even though I had brought in 30-year-old scratched and dusty slides from India that had not been well treated over the years, the scans turned out really beautiful and high quality. I would recommend them to anyone.
