I needed to contact Rob at Digital Park at one of those times when you are about to go live with a new project but suddenly realise that your website won't cope. Rob was brilliant at finding work arounds and solutions to some tricky problems and calmly took me through things step by step. What was particularly helpful was to be able to meet face to face at short notice outside of normal office hours to get over the initial problems which gave me great peace of mind. We have used Digital Park for sometime now and they always provide a very efficient service. Rob has built an excellent website for us and helped us launch a very successful e commerce site to compliment our retail shop. He understands our needs and is always at the end of the phone whenever I need him. Rob also manages very successful our AdWords campaigns. Digital Park get a big thumbs up from Diss Ironworks and I highly recommend them.

I can't recommend digital Park enough. Our business is about 80% online and I have been guilty of not leaving a review even after nearly a year of fantastic service. I have taken to managing my site myself but problems do occur when doing this and the team at digital park are extremely quick to react and fix any issues I have created whilst doing this. Today I fatally broke our website but the guys at didital Park had me up and running again within 20 mins of contact. Keep the good work up and thank you from the team at Penguinos.

Rob is my web wizard. I am so lucky to have found him. He has created a website I was persevering myself on and off for nearly a year. Not only that in our initial meeting Rob took away the pressure from me to carry on trying, colluded with my ideas and encouraged me to think of more. I was fired up after that and this allowed me to feel more confident in thinking 'I really can have a business here.' I find Rob's style is calming, understanding, knowledgeable (without being a know-it-all which is an art in itself) and he empowers my ideas as well as creatively suggesting to me why some might not be so good. It's a match made in heaven and I would go as far to say if you're not engaging Rob to help you with your website, SEO (stuff), digital marketing or any of the other things you're not really familiar with then who are you going to ask? Thank you Rob for your time - you are well worth every penny and I intend to spend more, I believe this is just the start.
