Rude on the phone, two weeks late and really expensive--$200 more than our original estimate because we underestimated the number of photos we had. Would have been nice if they called us once they knew the order was going to be so much larger. Pros: They got the job done. Cons: everything else about working with them was miserable. I'd rather not have my photos digitized than work with digital pickle again.

I used these guys to turn all my old 8-tracks into mixes and CDs with their audio transfer services. Now all that old music I love is easily used for my DJ-ing. Amazing clear work - listening to them is like hearing them for the first time.

I rounded up all my home videos - most of them from the early 90's late 80's...I no longer had any way of viewing them anymore - technology has moved on, film transfer was my only hope. So I sent my bundle of tapes to these guys. Now I can watch and share my family memories on my TV, Computer and easily send them to my sister!
