Great experience having my dads old audio cassette tapes and video tapes converted to digital. I did think the audio tapes would still be playable, but Digital Roots was able to turn them into some great sounding mp3 for me. For the video I was debating between DVD and AVI, and ended up going with the computer files for backing up. I will be bringing my film to them next!

I received excellent personal service from Andrea at the front desk. She and her husband own the business. I had our 45 year old audio wedding tape transferred to a CD and an old family tape transferred to a DVD. They did a careful job and I am very pleased.

I found a bunch of VHS tapes and wanted to get a copy of them so I could share them with family and just keep for a long as possible. I took my tapes in Tuesday afternoon, and I got an email Thursday afternoon saying my tapes were ready to be picked up. I was shocked with how fast they got these done, since I had 12 or 13 tapes. It was worth every single penny! Lots of memories came back and I was able to share with others. We got to see family members who have since passed away so it was very nice being able to relive those moments with them. Also brought back a lot of embarrassing moments from when I was younger but I still love that. I highly recommend coming here because of how awesome they are and how fast. I was looking for online services doing this but was really scared because a lot of people had problems with getting their originals lost in shipping. But you will not have to worry about that here, they are very professional and get the job done very quickly and the outcome is very high quality.

Digital Roots Studio has fantastic service! I worked with Sean in the past, and now am a happy customer of his. His pricing is fair, and the work is solid. This is a market where it is so easy to get taken advantage of and be given poor results, but Sean does neither of those things. Their business is honest, and I give them 10 thumbs up!
