More than 15 years ago, unhappy with my SEO company, a fellow business owner recommended DTC and I've never looked back. They took our rankings from page 3 or 4 to 1st page. They have created engaging Infographics which were posted in countless Webzines and blogs. Most recently, my account manager, Charley Vail, did an incredible job acting as liaison with my web developer to iron out several issues regarding our page rankings and mobile upload speeds.The efforts were completed a couple months ago and we're already seeing better results! They don't just set it and forget it. Down to earth folks who continually seek solutions.

Yellowbrick has a 5 year relationship with DTC. Management leadership is personally involved and committed to customer service and satisfaction. That being said, this is an industry where staff are often frequently changing jobs which means starting over with a new person. That has some positive effects of frequent new eyes and ideas but also undermines executing a deepening strategy and having organizational memory on our account. The individuals assigned to Yellowbrick's account have all been enthusiastic, disciplined, knowledgeable and truly making the effort to do the best for our account. Results are truly dramatic in terms of increased visits to our website and the percentage of admissions derived from SEO.
