Alternatives were given as well as some free advice. What I thought would be a very stressful situation was very easy. I would recommend David from DigitalFlare for anyone considering creating a website or just updating your existing one.It just gives you peace of mind that your website is in safe hands while you get on with your business.

It's simple, Digital Flare go above and beyond what you expect from a Brand and Design company. For your brand concept have you fill out a questionnaire with your team that really helps you to come up with great ideas and defines what you are looking for.Once we emailed our ideas to DigitalFlare - David sent us 3 different concepts, but really they could have just sent one, as the first concept they sent nailed it. When I opened the first concept I was stunned by the result, exactly what we were looking for, but even better. Regarding our rebranding they were very patient with me changing my mind about how I wanted the business card to look. I never felt like I was pressured to settle for a design, they worked until I was fully satisfied.The website design had the same process, but as we had already done our branding design there was not so much back and forth on the design, mainly just the website content. They invested a lot of time listening to what we wanted, which resulted in an amazing website design.When we asked about having a change made, they did it. They devoted themselves to giving us the exact webpage we imaged! We were slow to send them our pictures and information, but once we did they worked quickly to upload the work onto our site.We are so thrilled with how the website looks and cannot thank them enough for the countless hours they spent making this vision a reality. If you are looking for a company that will work with you and take the time to get to know your business, then this is the company!Digital Flare are not a big company where you don’t know who is working behind the scenes, it’s a dedicated team, especially the two people I dealt with who I cannot thank enough (David and Barry). David and the DigitalFlare team have worked with my existing logo to design my new business cards. The customer service is second to none, my calls and emails were always answered quickly. David took the time to listen to what I wanted, and then made sensible and relevant suggestions as to how the design could be improved. They listened to me every step of the way and the end result is a business card that I'm really with. From the outset we have found DigitalFlare's approach to our work to be of a particularly high standard. We were naturally apprehensive about entrusting our first web site to a company who only have a small team, but their response to any issue or query has been second to none. We have greatly appreciated the structured approach to carrying out work and the subsequent support. There is no substitute for knowing exactly where you stand in business and DigitalFlare have always been able to give us a framework that provides just that. Deciding who to choose as your web design partner can be a little pot luck as very few of us understand exactly what is involved but we have no hesitation in recommending David and his team. They have never once let us down, moreover they have far exceeded our expectations many times.
