I'm a local attorney looking for someone to provide SEO optimization for my website. I found this company online, and it seemed to have good google reviews, and looked well established. However when I filled out there contact form there was no response, when I responded to their chat website program, no response, and when I called, it went to a cell phone VM. Very odd. I live nearby, so I figured I would stop by to see if they even exist. Went to the address on the website, and there was no company by such a name on the building address board. When I talked to the building manager, she had never heard of them. She eventually called the number on the website and left a vm about why these people were listing her address as an office when there was no record of them. Shan (the face behind this entire "firm") very quickly called back. It turns out he is a photographer that rents office space at this address and does social media marketing on the side. He wasn't in (no one was in) to talk to me, and the building manager showed me the tiny office he works out of. His actual business is Shan Photography, and the building manager ended up chastising him over the phone for adverting his side business in this manner to the public.Anyone can have a friend with a google account give a business a 5 star rating. All I know is this guy is not a professional social media marketing firm as his website would lead you to believe. He's a photographer working out of a small industrial office, who created an entire facade to make himself look like more than he actually is. He might do great wedding photography though, so there is that.
