Went in for a broken part replacement (my fault, move damage). 5 mins in and out. Didn't have an exact match (7-8 year old trophy). Rather than the single part (broken eagle -x4 on the finished piece, changed supplier over time, slight variances in dimension and hue), dude comp'd me a 4 set so they matched, offered - not requested, with my wallet on the counter...one word, "Stellar". Every trophy need, past and present, always sets the bar, shames competitors - hell...shames businesses even outside their market, with just the class act culture all the way. They get the 6 star rating, know what I mean?

Don't order if you're in Canada Their website works really well, but they're cagey on shipping charges. Whenever I ordered from the states with other companies, import fees were declared. Here they charged for shipping, then I got a message from UPS asking for import fees. I bought $50 worth of medals, paid $30 for shipping, and then got hit with $40 in import fees! A message from their customer service says it's out of their control, which it totally is. You know what isn't? An estimation or at least a warning about import fees.

I love working with Scott in the showroom. He does a great job and always takes care of my needs. The only flaw is the people in the call center can not take an order correctly. But lately as long as I talk to Scott everything is good!!!

My trophy order was May 3rd. During the ordering process an event date is required to make an order. The event date is 5/16 but I won't receive my order until 5/17. So our school will not have our trophies for our end of the year sports banquet. This is unacceptable. We order these trophies three times per school year, but unfortunately we will have to use another company in the future. We will never use dinn again.
