Since we got direct communications for our internet we've only had 1 outage and it was very short outage. Customer service got us up and running again. We use a lot of wifi. Our TV'S run off of it and the home security system and heat are all run off our internet 24/7. Plus phones and electronics running on this too. Everything stays connected and runs efficiently. I do pay a little more but, not to have the outages and glitching is worth it. I would highly recommend direct communications for internet.

We have been pleased with our internet service. I'm able to work on-line without having any complications with the connection. It has been nice to have the peace of mind, that I don't have to worry about a bad connection affecting my work.

Direct Communications went above and beyond drilling under a road and bringing their fiber network directly into our new construction building in Pocatello. They brought the fiber into our building exactly where we wanted it and terminated it directly into our server rack. Once in our rack, it took less than 30 min to turn it up and test at the speed they promised. Thank you DC!
