Direction is truly a top-notch digital agency. I have a background in technical SEO myself and I can say these guys really do know what they're doing.I run the marketing and sales teams at large real estate company in Washington DC. When I uncovered that our former SEO agency was deploying some questionable tactics, I hired Direction to replace them and Chris (owner) worked with me to craft a transition plan that was protective of our rankings in the short term while setting us up for major growth once the transition settled. I called about 4 web companies in the Mclean/Fairfax area to get quotes on building our new legal website. They were somewhere in the middle of the quotes the design firms were sending me on pricing. I chose Direction because they really listened. They asked questions, seemed genuinely interested, and brought up potential issues with a few of my ideas. Eventually, we met in person with the team and brainstormed together on the best solution. Needless to say, I’m overjoyed with the results. Some of the others didn’t ask any real questions, which leads me to believe that they might not have fully understood what I was going for. And some of the others only cared if I had a big enough budget before talking further. Direction is what I'd call a diamond in the rough.
