I am typically not your type of person who takes time to write reviews, for my expectations are extremely high. However, today my expectations were surpassed and it propelled me to write this review. Being technologically challenged, I was experiencing some major challenges in trying to edit my website. I had already consulted with a web designer service in my area, and while they tried their best, they could not address my problem. Not only was I frustrated, but in a crisis, for my small business exclusively depends on my website. The software company that I was having problems with referred me to the experts at Distillery Creative Marketing Group. They immediately, I mean like in 5 minutes, contacted me. The expertise, professionalism, timeliness, continuous communication, and interpersonal skills provided by Suzanne and Esther were outstanding. I was impressed by their continued immediacy in responding to my initial and ALL subsequent email and phone communications until the problem was resolved. There were also email and phone follow-ups to assure that my issues were successfully resolved. Throughout the entire process I felt confident that a resolution would be forth coming, and without disappointment, it was. For me, it was their client-centered and service-oriented perspectives that made me feel valued as a priority client. They offered several self-help resources to assist me in further editing of my website. They have a customer not just for today, but for a lifetime.
