My key Fab was stolen from my car. I called the dealership and they ask for $1400 just for the fob and then 2 hours to reprogram it $500. That didn’t include the a tow fee of $250 . I thought that was crazy so I called the locksmith they ordered my fob and met me on a Sunday and got me going in 15 minutes for $700 . I probably could have shopped around and got it cheaper but the customer service was amazing. They did all the work for me! If anything happens again they are my company ! I love my Maserati but the dealership is a rip off and I probably won’t own another one because of the over charge of maintenance. Too bad for them !

I’ve had to use DML twice and got Rafael both times. He is fast, efficient, hardworking, and funny. I appreciate the great work. Hopefully I won’t have to see them a third time haha.

Rafael from DML had helped me when I locked myself out recently. Extremely talented, patient and will work with you. I had one of those smart locks where he had to drill out the lock. He went through a much longer process in order to save my lock. I very much appreciated it. Very nominal fees. I highly recommend them, especially Rafael.

Good service. Keeping appointment time was an issue. Should have informed if delayed. I had to follow up. Apart from that, service and workmanship is excellent.

Needed a locksmith to change out a couple of locks. Gave this company a try, given the positive reviews by others.Booked an appointment and locksmith was both punctual and an expert. He was very thorough in checking that each lock performed optimally. When he found one lock to be incorrectly installed, he was happy to correct it.Would definitely recommend this locksmith to others!
