Buenas impresiones, los precios son altos y el servicio deberÃa mejorar. Dejé un blueprint para imprimir y al pasar a retirarlo al dÃa siguiente no lo habÃan hecho, tuve que esperar 30 minutos a que lo imprimiesen, además lo hicieron en un tamaño distinto al que habÃa solicitado. Me cobraron $ 20 por una impresión de tamaño A0.

inexpensive compare to Tyco, about same quality of printing. some staff doesn't serve the order accurately but if You want save the costs it would be OK. staffs those family member of the owner are very very professional, the only issue is how do we recognize them?

This was the most unbelievable experience I have ever had requesting a quote on a job!When I called them to ask if they were able to drill press holes into a ream of print, and explained that I this time had merely a single ream of 430 ready printed pages and only needed binder holes drilled into it, the lady on the phone said "Yes, we can. You can bring in your project and have the technician take a look at it."I asked if she could please quote me a price for drilling those three holes into that stack of papers, before I came all the way to them, she disappeared for over 5 minutes from the phone, to then ask me: "So you want only holes drilled? - Into a stack of about 430 pages? - Letter size?" I said "Yes, exactly."She said: "That's $25."Shocked to utter disbelieve and somewhat breathless I asked, if she really meant that for drilling THREE holes each of which takes less than 2 seconds to do, they wanted to charge $25. - She said: "Yes, that's right. That's what it costs." Lord, am I glad that I asked for a quote and did NOT waste more time with their business!(P.S. My family runs an over 150 year old blue-printing, copy, printing business in Germany, working with multi-million Euro projects, and it would have NEVER in a lifetime occurred to anyone, up to the general manager, to charge a walk in a cent for drilling 3 holes.)Docuprint has hands down the poorest understanding of both reasonable pricing as well as customer loyalty care I have EVER encountered!Bring your precious business elsewhere, where it is valued as a treasure for years to come!!
