Dropped laptop and I'm sure you know the rest! Dok Klaus to the rescue! They diagnosed my problem quickly but more importantly understood the urgency of needing it fixed to complete my taxes and I got my computer back in 2 days with a new hard drive, all my data transferred from the crashed drive, malware cleaned up and running better than ever! Did I mention Steve fixed and glued the cover without asking or charging! My friends have talked about Dok Klaus before and now I know why!!!

Dok Klaus is the only place I will trust with computer repair. I have used them 3 times over the last 7 years and every time I have found them to be so helpful explaining what was wrong, what it took to fix that I could understand and work with me on cost. Each time I feel the work done was excellent. They even followed up with a call days later asking if things were working well for me. Great service from this company. I can't say enough about them other than to use them. Contact me if anyone would like to know more, they are a rare find in a small family owned company. They care about there customers.

I recently had a problem with my home computer and took it to Dok Klaus for Analysis and Repair. Dok offered me 2 options on how to solve the issue, and then as we discussed more he gave me some advice on some hardware fixes to improve reliability speed and performance. I came out of my experience with Dok Klaus really pleased and satisfied with a great experience. Dok was all you could ask for in an IT Professional. He was able to explain things clearly, offer a range of options and treated me with a ton of courtesy and respect. His social skills are terrific, and I will be sure to take my computer back to him, next time I am having any troubles. I can't recommend him highly enough.
