I have been working at DOM360 for a month and I can honestly say I love my job. I went to the interview and felt completely comfortable and welcomed. I was called back that same day and told I got the job. Since the very first day, I have felt like this is where I belong. Everyone is like a family here and work well together. Very proactive company. Being an Internet Sales Manager at a smaller dealership the help that DOM360 has provided to me since we have been with them has been invaluable. They are always the first to contact me and any project, no matter how small or large, I've thrown at them, they've found a way to make it work for me. If I could give 20 stars I would. Customer service is fantastic and always immediate. Do yourself and your company a favor and sign up with these guys.

DOM hires inexperienced, low-wage tech staff and doesn't even consider hiring experienced tech staff whose prior salaries were higher than the below-industry-average wages that DOM pays. The result is poor quality work that leaves dealers looking for better solutions.
