Can't beat the service. My assigned rep is there for me anytime I need anything and widely renowned to have the fastest turn around when you need a change made on your account.

Love Dominion Dealer solutions. Trinity Moore stops in and checks up on us and she isn't even our REP!!!! She is just making sure all is good!!

I can't recommend Dominion enough! Their product, Prime Response, is a key resource for managing our online reviews. I work for an auto group with 4 locations. Prime gains us a boatload of new reviews every week, prevents negative ones, and alerts us via email of all new activity on the review platforms. We're able to effectively get ahead of our reputation management and as a result, improve our online image. It also brings in valuable feedback and makes us aware of reoccurring concerns. The best part is that it all happens at the flip of a switch; Prime sources our CRM and sends emails on our behalf to our customers to gain either public reviews for private feedback. Our salesman and managers don't have to take extra steps to solicit reviews! It's truly my favorite business product out there. If you're needing more reviews or looking for a better way to manage the reviews you do get, Prime is your solution.

I first came in contact with Dominion Enterprises many years ago through Dealer Specialties. They took photos for all of our inventory at all of our stores. Don Troutman and his crew did excellent work. Then I had the chance to work with them on several other projects and got reacquainted with two of the very best of the best people who are at the top of their game. Nicole Case and Amy Peck who I had originally gotten to know through Reynolds and Reynolds / Naked Lime Marketing. It is the people and their service to the customer that make this company great. Yes I would highly recommend them
