Feedback:

I used this company to provide photos of my vacation rental....we agreed on 25 photos for $150 . Great deal I thought... the day they came the weather was crappy so they had to return to take exterior photos for an upcharge of $75....I could deal with that but wanted them to mark the entrance , parking area etc with photoshop when they did the edits..VERY simple task for anyone familiar with editing. ..I asked them to do it in white...they chose yellow....I didn't like the way it looked and they charged $35 to make it white and include it !!!!!...oooook while I was upset I paid the bill and waited for my photos. ... and waited....and now it was a mail delay....and then they sent them online instantly when I asked.. when previously I was under the assumption I had to have a special program like Dropbox to receive them ....Then the last straw was in all the emails back and forth I did not properly choose any photos of the kitchen... somehow they were missed as they sent multiple files of photos and I simply got confused....I had recieved every room but the all so important kitchen.... I asked for the 3 photos and they had the nerve to charge me another $45 to simply email them over !!! In the end I paid over $300 for 25 photos that were originally quoted at $150.... I simply wanted nice pics of my small condo to advertise online....I'm very upset with Jim and Maria as I originally felt them to be nice honest people. I suggest another company.
