Extremely ineffective, took months to issue a passbook for a regular savings account, reason being: "printer not working'. I gave up after checking thrice. The attitude of some of the staff is beyond words and you just can't believe someone would talk the way they do, to their customers.

One of the worst branch of Andhra Bank.Staff are not efficient and unable provide services to customers.If anything you need like updation or services it takes weeks to months to complete in mean time you will loose your interest.I highly suggest to not opt this branch if you need serious banking services

Wish I could give negative ratings..... Worst bank..... A couple of staff are very helpful.... The sub-manager is very arrogant and rude she doesn't even have basic common sense(she doesn't know difference b/w application form and a letter) and I wonder how she got posted as Sub-manager. If you are looking forward to open an account in andhra bank I would suggest you to choose another branch than Tarnaka...
