It might have been a bad batch but the Berliner wiesse had a butyric acid off flavors. It was hard to smell.

Good complexity to the spices/hops in the brews. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Try a flight and ask questions if your not sure. Image shows the porter and pilsner, both well flavored.

We occasionally stop off here for brews. Today, we were served by a not so friendly young bearded bartender. We sat outside in the sun. My daughter was drinking a makimwe ipa. She took two drinks, then complained that it smelled like puke. I tried it, and it definitely smelled off. My wife also agreed. I took it back to swap it out, but the bartender refused to replace it saying IPAs turn in the sun This isn't our first rodeo. Complete hipster pretentious additude! Poor service. The Owner should know what's going on during the day. Nice place usually. Sometimes, they have live music.

Great place to grab a beer. The Kolsch is really good. I met the owner a few years ago, super friendly and very fun guy. The guy working at the bar was pretty unfriendly, so customer experience was not great.

Stopped in for a pint while visiting Langley. I was showing my boyfriend something on my phone with the volume literally (used properly) at 1/16 (per iPhone volumes) and was asked to keep my phone volume down for common politeness. The place was empty. Literally (used properly again) just me and my boyfriend sitting at the bar while all the other patrons sat outside. I found this super rude as we were not disturbing anyone cause no one else was even in the seating area. Anyway, 2 stars cause the beer was dece, tall guy at the bar rude so minus 3 stars.
