We can't thank them enough for their flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond. Hard to believe that it's been 20 years that we've been using Dove to record our Cantors Assembly convention proceedings. Because music and live performance play a major role in all our conventions, it's essential that we have a team in place that can handle everything we throw at them, and Dove is that team.For instance, instead of having one evening concert that was a major production, this year we had four. Chad and his team were amazing in their service to our organization, especially in their willingness to customize stages, re-imagine rooms sets, spaces, rebuild stages, reschedule sound checks with a moments' notice, among many other changes, often with nothing but a text saying "needed now." They were even able to help us with streaming certain sessions to Facebook Live for the first time. All things considered, their team has never lost steam, patience, or professionalism. Those are just a few of the reasons why we keep coming back to them year after year.

Dove AV does quality work! They have recorded workshop sessions at our conference for the last two years. With 25 simultaneous workshops, there are some technical challenges, but their team has been up to the task. The final product was high quality, and they were seamless in getting it done. Whatever they promise, they deliver.
