Downtown web design has been very good working with me as a small business owner. They have helped me through the process of them building our new website and were super flexible with me when I was too busy to get around to things but also very responsive when I needed things done fast. They understand what I needed out of my site and were very creative in the design and function of it with very little help from me. The best part is she understands that I am not good with computers and is always willing to walk me through things,-(even stuff not related to what I hired them for!)-and get stuff set up correctly. Also, thank you Chisty for helping me free myself from a bad experience with my old Website/SEO company.
