This company charged me $28.45 for my order on 9/17/18. Then sent me the WRONG item. They advertised, described, and had photos of that specific item on their website. I called and emailed them several times about THEIR error and was told that "it's not our error, Johnson & Johnson discontinued that specific item and replaced it with another and we have no way of knowing that." YES, it is their error when they advertise a very specific product on their website. If that specific item is not available for purchase, then it should NOT be displayed on their site. And yes, their company should be aware of EVERYTHING that they sell! This company refunded my card $20.60 on 10/17/18... they did NOT refund the $8 shipping fee they originally charged AND refused to reimburse me for the $11.50 return shipping fee I paid to return the INCORRECT item! They still owe me $19+ and refuse to address and/or resolve it which is 100% FRAUD! Absolutely dismal company!!!
