Feedback:

Our house was built in 1900 and has a lot of its original pipes and fittings. Drummac came out and went into our crawl space and looked at the plumbing, then said they couldn't do anything because they couldn't gain access. They walked out, charging us their minimum of $150, but for some reason, it didn't actually get charged, so I had to call and give them my card number again after getting a couple bills in the mail.I was going to rate this one star for the fact they rendered no services and charged us the full amount anyway, but I just spent 15 minutes on the phone with a manager (I'm almost NEVER one to ask to talk to a manager), and he did end up helping us out, so I'm rating it three stars. So, although I can't speak to their services, they do at least have good management. So kudos to Drummac this time. They turned a potential dozen bad reviews on various outlets into a mostly satisfied customer that may end up using them again.

Feedback:

So pleased with the quick response. They pumped the septic tank and recommended jetting the lateral lines of our 30 year old leach field. This cleared out the lines, it drains great now, adding life to the system!

Feedback:

Last yr my neighbor had their septic pumped and instead of backing out into the main road, the driver turned around in my paved driveway busting up my pavement. I called drummac and complained and they said they would fix it in about 2 weeks. I called every month and again we will fix it next week. Well 1.5 yrs later still not fixed. Im done with this company.

Feedback:

We had been using Drummac with good results for many years but it was purchased by Wind River Environmental and the quality of service is no longer adequate. There are other better choices.

Feedback:

Said they’d be out today for some routine maintenance and never showed. No call. Nothing.

Feedback:

We had always used Drummac for our septic service over the years. Since they were bought out by Wind River not only has the prices skyrocketed, but the service has tanked pun intended). We had to have service on a tank in December- no one was in residence since October. Brian, the manager, was initially good at getting back to me and sending me photos as the service was completed. A pipe from the house into the tank was replaced (i was told it was not properly attached at installation) and a pipe that was sticking out above the opening was to be fixed. i requested the pipe to the leach field be checked as well.Upon arrival at our summer camp in May - we found the pipe still sticking up above grade of the opening. It was not fixed and the waste from the house would have to go up about 10 inches into the tank. Obviously this was not working. The pipe to the leach flied was now disconnected as well.i phoned the office for 2 days requesting a call back to discuss the issue. i have not gotten a call back. The fix that we paid a large amount of money for was not completed and no one would take responsibility.

Feedback:

I tried to make an emergency call for my grandfather and they would not let me schedule anything unless they spoke to my 82 year old deaf grandfather and I explained I was POA for him she would not listen and I said you are really going to lose business over this? Heer reply was yes. I hung up! That is ridiculous! P&P took the call no questions asked.

Feedback:

Called for an estimate to pump out a 1,000 gallon septic system and to locate the depth of the line going from the tank to the house (a length of only 12 feet & needed before we can have some excavation work done). They quoted me $318.80 for the pumping and a whopping $265.00 an hour to put a camera down to locate the line. I then called Senesac and Working Dog Septic who both quoted around $260 to pump and ZERO to locate the line to the house, as it's a simple process once they have the tank open. It's a shame that Drummac has gotten too big for its britches. They'll get no more of my money.
