We have been working with Dryden Labs on our website for only a few months. WOW is all I can say. The HUGE improvement over the standard template dental guys we all have used. They are very responsive and available. I have received several comments from other people in the business that they are impressed with our site and have asked who designed it. Amazing work and quick turn around time! Dryden Labs walked me through the whole process before we even began or signed any paper work to make sure I was comfortable with the work we were going to do. Their responses were always thorough and timely. The work done to my site is fantastic and I can't thank both John Nanna and John DeGood enough! Great Customer ServiceWhen we decided to switch to a different Website provider, the owner, John gave us everything we needed to do so. All our previous information as well as solutions to problems we had along the way with the Domain. He was so kind as to assist us long after our business with Dryden Labs concluded. During the whole time he was also polite and professional. Why we choose to switch to another provider was due to the lack of communication between what the previous owner of our website wanted and Dryden labs. Upon contacting John myself, it's clear that he only wants to help us. For me, I find it a shame I didn't get to talk more with him about our old website to put it inline with the owner's vision.Websites are a long process to work with, and Dryden labs offered their attentive assistance to do so, for that I cannot say it was their fault that we switched. It was just a matter of personal preference. If you need professionals to create your website so you don't have to deal with the pains of making a website, and because you probably will run into issues, here's where to go.
