Samsung turned to DSYN for their e-commerce app Handy on Samsung Galaxy Ace smart phone to bring services like Book My Show, Book Your Table, Cleartrip, Make My Trip, InStock, etc..

Client Background and Constraints:

Samsung in its attempt to take a stranglehold in the Smart Phones market wanted to develop an app that would take care of the the users entertainment needs. Some of the challenges faced were:

- The app had to serve many purposes - book tickets for movies, flights, trains, buses, make reservations at restaurants and even deliver stock updates. With many big brands involved it was a challenge to manage the APIs. - As the app had to be ported to different phones the design had to be adaptable.

Approach: - Adaptable Design:

We started with the early stage designs of the application and worked extensively with Samsung to come up with an Adaptable Design which could easily be ported to other devices. - Many APIs: A server was setup to manage the many APIs Results:

InStock The app was shipped preloaded with Galaxy Ace devices and was even showcased at the Samsung Galaxy S III launch event. It was the first time:

- That an app offered numerous services. - That an app offered such services on even a non-touch device.

WOW! That's how I would describe Jonathan and Spiral Moon Video. I originally contacted Jonathan because I was doing a real estate investing presentation and I wanted to capture the footage to upload to YouTube. Not only did I upload the original presentation but Jonathan and his team helped me with branding an additional nine more of my coaching videos! Because I've enjoyed working with Jonathan and his team I recently drove three hours to shoot some additional footage that I'll be uploading to YouTube! Looking forward to working with Jonathan and Spiral Moon video for a long time! They're the best and they have excellent customer service!
