ABOVE AND BEYOND! I had a rush job for my business and transferring videos to flash drives before a business trip. Blake got me in and got things done by the next day. As it turned out, the format that I had her duplicate were incorrect and the drives were not compatible for my platform. (My fault not hers!). However, she did research after the fact for me and steered me in the right direction while I was on the road already travelling. I'll be back and I highly recommend them for any similar services!

When I picked up my DVD's (12 for over 100.00) the counter help started trying to speak Spanish to my son......ummmm... why? I won't be back. Take note business owners- if the person you're interacting with is Hispanic and speaking to you in English don't start the whole, "Como estas", with my 6 yo child. I think my son just ended up thinking you were having a stroke.
