Mrs. Duke helped me win custody of my son. She has been there for me for this very long, stretched out process. I have now had custody, thanks to Duke, for 6 years! I re-hire her every time "they" take me to court and she has won every single one of my cases. She does not cease to be there for me and my family. Heath has also helped on my cases and is a very good lawyer himself. The whole office has been an amazing asset to my legal needs!

I am very pleased with Des and the work she and Brittany did for my case. I had a long divorce case and they handled it like a champ. Upfront and honest along with answered questions as I had them. None of this beating around the bush mess. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them in the future should I ever need to.

I had a heart attack bc of the Franklin police department and stranded in Carrollton Georgia due to there actions, I was in a horrible situation and I was told I needed an attorney and I had been referred to Duke & Heath attorneys at law , and I was connected to Mike Reed he stepped up like a champ and got charged dropped and got my van back and had them nerves and happy to drop the charges!!!!!!! He was wonderful and Mike Reed I can't thank you enough for what u did for me!!!!! Y'all r totally awesome!!!!!

I don't even know if words could describe how wonderful Desiree and her staff are. During my custody case she was quick to respond to each email or phone call that I made and anytime I asked a question she made sure that I got an answer and fully understood what was going on. I was a constant ball of nerves during my case but her calm and confident demeanor helped keep me confident as well. Desiree and her team were extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and organized which made the entire process seem seamless. I don't think I would ever trust anyone else to represent myself nor any of my family members. Desiree will definitely be my go to for any and all future legal issues and I would encourage anyone else to do the same.

I think they're trashy!! Beware if your a Dad concerned about your children's well fair..Duke will take your money knowing they can't help you! And there pretty pricey!! Not fair to my granddaughters. there the ones that's truly paying the price. So sad makes me angry 😡
