Overall Feedback:
Great service. Customer friendly business. Offers quality service. They took a 1991 VHS tape poorly stored for years in a garage in the heat in summer and freezing weather of winter, and gave us a watchable DVD. There are a few thin lines at the bottom of the screen that are obviously heat damage. But it is still watchable! Great job salvaging this family treasure.
