We have worked with Dynamic Quest for 15+ years and for the last 4 years we have been a QuestCare client. We appreciate and value their proactive approach to servicing our account and they actively keep us up-to-date on the status of our equipment, users and general health of our IT infrastructure. I would highly recommend Dynamic Quest to anyone who is needing support of seasoned IT professionals to keep your business up and running.

Dynamic Quest is a great IT company that takes into consideration the customer and their IT needs. I would highly recommend Dynamic Quest to all small to large businesses that need that additional IT expert advice and implementation. They have did a great job working with our management team and ensuring that all projects, tasks, and helpdesk tickets are resolved to the fullest. Their 24/7 helpdesk is extremely beneficial to companies that have 24 hour productivity. I would highly recommend Dynamic Quest!

The company I work for uses Dynamic Quest as our outsourced IT provider, which includes everything from purchase and set-up of any necessary machines (servers, computers, networking, etc.), monitoring of all devices, and help desk response. They are a great option as a local Greensboro company, even providing on-site support when necessary. If there was anything I could hope for improvement, it would be the communication between DQ's employees as well as to us. They sometimes do not respond as quickly as I would have hoped for.Overall, however, the service is great and I would recommend them to anyone who needs an IT service provider.
