A few months ago I brought in my laptop and received quick service. After being told my laptop was fixed, I returned to pick it up, only to realize later on that it was a deteriorating problem that could not be fixed. I told them that the problem had not been corrected and although I know they put work into trying to solve the problem, I was not charged. Overall, I was very happy with my service and thought it was good of them to not charge me even after they had put work into my laptop.
