James did a great job for us. We are new to the ecommerce web space and needed something fast and functional for a soft launch of our store. Being new and an entry level customer made no difference to James. He was prompt, full of ideas and really helped us understand how things were going to function, even going so far as to record a video explaining some items to us as a tutorial. As we grow we will certainly continue to use James and look forward to version 2.0 of our site!
