No transparency between the employees and the employer. If the owner of this company is really taking care of these feedbacks. Kindly, ask your vendor(Mr. Chandrasen Thorat) to show a proof of 10% deduction towards IT for contractor employees. I am still awaiting for the refunds which was promised verbally and no where in papers... If this is the case(fraudulent),the company will shut down soon and I will ensure.
