Eagle Eye Golf & Banquet Center ruined our wedding reception! Our guests were served the wrong meal! We selected steak as one of our plated meal options and our guests were served roast beef, which is not what we paid for nor what we wanted. After reviewing the Eagle Eye's food menu, it seems that our guests were served beef tenderloin. On our wedding RSVP cards, we offered our guests a selection of chicken, steak, or vegetarian, so you can imagine our disappointment and embarrassment when our guests were served something entirely different. Additionally, the food was served cold!The handling of the display cake was absolutely atrocious!! During the planning process, we formulated a plan specifying where the cake would be transferred to prior to the sheet cakes being served to the guest. The idea of moving the display cake at this time was to conceal the fact that it was a “display cake”. Not only was the cake left in the reception hall the entire night, but the sheet cakes were cut and served right in front of the wedding guests! This was careless, irresponsible, and inconsiderate of the Eagle Eye staff. Additionally staff members approached the bride multiple times mid-ceremony requesting to dissemble the cake piece by piece in front of all of the wedding guests. This was completely unacceptable and ruined our night. After multiple attempts to reach out to Eagle Eye, we have not reached a resolution or any feedback from the company. We were told that they would contact us back, but have heard nothing since.

Had my wedding here and have attended many events here as well. Everything was as advertised in the menu and tasted awesome. The cooks do a great preparing food for multiple events a day. The staff inside the rooms are always attentive and work hard to keep the tables cleared of dirty plates, glass’s and silverware. The lighting is just right for all occasions. If your having just a business meeting or daytime event the or even a wedding the staff know which lights to turn on and turn off.

Had our wedding reception here and everything ran smoothly. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious! The scenery is gorgeous, especially for pictures. I was a little nervous because they had another wedding in the next room, but we couldn't hear anything so their sound proofing is spot on!

Was here today (9/14/19) for a wedding and reception. The wedding ceremony took place in the Eagle Eye Garden and was a great setup. The reception was in the Hillside room. Well setup and great servers.

The food was very disappointing. It was cold and falsed advertised, the selection said Steak and it was clearly Roast Beef. I felt bad for the Bride and Groom how embarrassing for them to pick a place which served substandard food to their guests on their special day.
