Stopped in just to check them out. LOTS of choices there. Worked with Paul and they had EXACTLY what we were looking for. Paul made our experience there very easy and enjoyable. Got the stove installed and everything was as promised. Our new stove is absolutely perfect for what we were hoping to accomplish. Better than we even expected. You cannot go wrong here.Great place and excellent service. Well done! (Pretty sure one of their grills is next on our list)

We own a duplex in Marshfield WI and ended up buying ALL new doors and windows from Earth Sense and now a few years later one of our large windows in the front has mold growing between it because the windows seal was broke in shipping. We are having so much trouble getting anyone to rectify this for us. Earth Sense is blaming the manufaturer and they are blaming Earth Sense. We have lost all faith in this company as after spending over and paying in full over 20,000.00 we can't get this fixed. I have lost time off work because they schedule to come in and don't show. Our tenants are having to make sure it is available only for them to not show!! I wouldn't recommend purchasing from them if you want good customer service. We will not use them for any of our other properties!!!!Well now they told my husband they will be here tomorrow 6-6-2019 but I have my doubts.

I recently had power problems at my house and my pellet stove stopped working. Paul ans Scott walked me thru troubleshooting so when I purchased the part I knew it was the problem. Working with them was like getting advice from a friend not just a store associate.
