Very good, friendly and fast service, especially if you are on priority support like we were. Lauren was a super account executive and she is 5 stars!! Our company have been working with Eastside Co for around 6 months now, and during this time there hasn't been one thing they haven't been able to do! Their turn around times on tasks is lightning fast and communication between us is always seamless and fast. As far as Shopify Store Development goes, I can't recommend ESC enough!

They wouldn't respond to my messages. I emailed them multiple times. Even if they weren't interested in doing work for us, they could have sent an email saying so. I consider that very disrespectful and unprofessional. If we have larger projects in the future, we will be sure not to use Eastside Co.
