What was the best part of the experience?
Great customer service support team. Very convenience for print comparing all at once, with cheap prices and reliable services.
What would you change about the experience?
EasyParcel already doing great right now, especially by having multiple feature functions for customer like us to choose. Bulk upload definitely a life-saving feature! So many features so many rewards! woo hoo

What was the best part of the experience?
This platform provides everything u need for your online business courier service. They can pick up from your home, print airway bill online, shop for packing materials online, earn rewards and points, all can be done from your device only...even to market your brand!
What would you change about the experience?
Nothing, i feel their service is as good as it is. but if they were to improve, probably include more interesting rewards to choose from!

EasyParcel is by far the best booking platform I've ever used! It's super easy and convenient. I can compare the price and select the best option according to my needs for shipments

No changes, as I find their services and marketing tools have been a great source of help to develop my relationship with my customers. I've also received lots of great feedback regarding shipment updates through EasyParcel SMS feature!
