Fast and affordable IT Onsite services! Eboxlab responded in less then an hour and fixed my server and network in a eye blink. Very professional Denver IT support!

Feedback:

Ebox repaired a laptop for me and extracted data from non-working external drives. They followed through on their timeline and offered reasonable prices for my request. I'll be using Ebox for my personal IT needs moving forward.

Please don't waste your time by going somewhere else! These guys are great!!! They have recovered my lost corrupted Data / Built a web site / Reinstalled Operating systems / Upgraded HD Drive to SSD / Fixed email problems with Microsoft Outlook. Julian and Denis can do it all, and you will KNOW that they care about the service they provide, after speaking with them. I won't go anywhere else now. I rarely write a review, but this time I finally will. Leave your computer problem(s) with them, it will be assessed, and you will be given the best path to proceed.

Professional and honest technicians, very impressed about turnaround time and price. My external drive failed and eTekkers recovered it all with lowest price in town comparing to datatech, qubex and geeksquad. Highly recommended!

Great customer service and turnaround time, took my laptop to geek squad and micro center with motherboard issue and quote was triple of my laptop cost. Eboxlab was able to fix affordable and in a short time. Also was provided with free backup solution and antivirus!

Brought my laptop in in August because of some screen issues. While they had it I got them to put a new SSD in as well. They call me to pick it up and tell me it's a software issue and is all fixed. I brought it home and within 5 minutes the screen was doing the exact same thing. Bring it back in. Apparently the screen needed to be replaced. Ordering a screen took about two weeks. They fixed it and handed it off to me.Mid-October the screen starts having a very similar problem. Bring it back in and explain the issue. They say they'll waive the diagnostic fee. The cable connecting the screen, that they just replaced, was coming loose. They reattached it and give me a call. Go back over there. They charge me the diagnostic fee! The guy told me "Two months is a long time." Despite the fact that they advertise a 60 day warranty on all repairs. Despite the fact that the guy I dropped it off with said I wouldn't have to pay it. Three trips for the same issue and then get told it won't cost anything to we'll need $40.And then to top it all off I get the laptop back and they bent the case.
