I have had the pleasure of working directly with company President Hartland Ross on both the buying and selling end of his brokerage services. He was absolutely terrific to work with regardless of which end of the deal we were on. Unlike other brokers we’ve worked with in the past, he doesn’t disappear on you once you’ve signed an agreement; quite the opposite. He’s normally the first to follow-up with updates, reminders etc. You’ll also receive a refreshing level of honesty and blunt assessments of the situation. Instead of hearing what you want to hear, you’re going to be told what you need to hear in order to evaluate expectations whether on the buying or selling side of things. I can’t recommend this company enough.

I wish I had found The Host Broker sooner! The business brokerage services provided by Hartland Ross and the team at The Host Broker were well worth the time and money spent. As a business owner, I had attempted to exit my managed web hosting and SaaS e-commerce business on multiple occasions without success before contacting them. Hartland and his team brought several qualified buyers to the table in a short time on the market and then closed the deal! He is professional, trustworthy, and affable.
