I was very excited to learn that this company does more than blueprints. As the owner of an advertising agency, I find their prices to be very competitive and their capabilities are extraordinary in the realm of printing. From business cards and flyers to signage, they are a single point that can fulfill all of your printing needs.

Unprofessional, untimely and does not communicate well. I dealt with Lance after sending and email inquiry through the site (never received a response from my inquiry so I called). I was advised that the email inquiries got to a different physical location, but it still doesn't give them an excuse. After talking on the phone several times and exchanging email after email making sure he was going to give me what I was asking for, I asked if I should come in to verify everything, but he said no, there was no need. 2 weeks go by (already 2 weeks discussing the simple design I wanted without printing on white vinyl, yes, plain white vinyl with a cutout in the center of the car window) and I had to reach out to him as I had set a solid expected date. They seriously missed the due date, and once it was ready, I no longer had the time I did prior. Another 2 weeks later and I am able to have the vinyl installed on my car. It wasn't cut out at all, and was printed black instead where it would have been. He not only stated I didn't tell him that, unprofessional to say the least, he continued to try and sell me on it. Finally after telling him I won't have it installed he stated that there is no issues, he would fix it and contact me when completed. That was over 2 weeks ago. Highly discourage anyone from patroning this establishment.

Always a pleasurable and competent staff when I get residential permitting plans produced with CLARITY in prints. With plans such as my plan pic provided--it is pertinent to have print quality. Easy and plentiful parking, nifty decor and top of the line machines. Also plenty of other services. VERY PROMPT response in the email delivery offering for printing=saves an abundance of time! BUT!!! Be sure to exit to the right--looking AT echos from the front--a few exits to enter SR 19. Traffic backs up at Curlew always making it difficult to merge. Road rage derived from SR 19 I'm certain. lol

I went in to have a photo downsized and reproduced and felt that I was truly imposing on guy who I mistakenly thought was there to help me. Seemed to be bothering him. Will not go back or recommend this shop to anyone. I own 7 businesses and do a lot of promotional printing and this would be the last place I would ever recommend going to! Only needed one personal photo copied but was too much to ask.

I can not begin to express how much I love our printed materials from Echo Blueprint! Colleen is always working on a new item for us. She always applies the extra time to help, her extra attention to detail is irreplaceable. They create truly one of a kind items for us. The entire experience from start to finish is always amazing. The customer service is impeccable, and reflects in the product. I really appreciate their delivery service, the little extra touch that distinguishes small business from crazy retailer. I highly recommend Echo Blueprint for all your printing needs.
