Client Review on eCommerce Safe Services

The owner here is awful!! I've had a couple run ins with him but the most recent one a few months ago took the cake. His rates are extremely inflated. I needed to mail a package (it was already boxed and I knew the dimensions). He gave me the price and I was appalled by the price that was quoted (so was the other lady in there as she had just previously made the same comment about her package). He assured me that this was the price at the post office and I needed to get the package mailed so I pad it. After I got home I called the post office and gave them the dimensions of the box, the weight and the shipping method and they came out about $7 cheaper. I called back tot eh store only to find they were closed. I left a message for the owner explaining my frustration and how I felt lied to. The owner called me 2 days later and had left a message. He was extremely confrontational and defensive. There was no level of customer service. I will not sure this location again. I agree with previous reviewers that the owner needs to get some customer service training because it is clearly lacking.
