We've been working with a pieced together website for years that we thought may be holding us back. When we hired Ecreativeworks, we hoped the investment would be worth it. Now that our site is live and we've added online sales for the first time in company history, we're very quickly seeing just how much a good website with ecommerce can help our business! We hoped to make our investment back through sales in under 2 years. We then adjusted that to 18 months. We're currently looking at a time table of less than a year for making back our investment!Everybody at Ecreativeworks has been very easy to work with and quick to solve any problems that arise due to any misunderstandings or changes in the scope of the project. They were great with giving direction but not dictating our choices. Through their help and hard work on both sides, we finally have a website that we can feel proud of. We finally have a website that is easy to update without needing to look at code and spend some time on Google to figure out what we need to change. We feel confident in the product we have and the ongoing service we are getting with Ecreativeworks!

We have been working with ECW for over 7 years and couldn't be happier!Our working relationship with ECW began with a complete rebuild to modernize our website and has continued to this day with excellent customer service and support for updates. From the start, the owner, Bret and our project manager, Jennifer, took the time to really get to know our company and culture and then our goals BEFORE even looking at how to tackle our old outdated website. Our Company has been with ECW for more than 5 years now. We initially hired ECW to develop our website, and mange our email accounts, we are now in Revision #2 creating a new shopping experience with our website. We appreciate all the hard work and dedication that ECW has provided us, and I just could not have gotten it done without the help of Jennifer, thank you so much for being my cheerleader, and support person to help me get through the process... I would highly recommend ECW to anyone wanting to utilize your own idea's all while collaborating as a team to bring everything to life. I have worked with Ecreativeworks for over seven years now. Ecreativeworks developed and built a new Google "friendly" website for us. The site is not only mobile-enabled its a fully responsive design. Our admin console makes it easy for us to add new content like products and spec sheets without worrying about taking our whole website down. Ecreativeworks also manages our SEO and Google AdWords. Thus far we have had an excellent response to the new site. Everyone at Ecreativeworks is professional, great to work with, and extremely responsive to our needs. I recommended them to anyone who is in need of a high quality up to date website.

We (they!) built us an entirely new website and did a fantastic job by really getting to know our business and understanding how we wanted to brand ourselves online.
