Great People, Rick and crew went above and beyond to help me with my Led sign! I didn’t even buy it from them, they treated me as if I did! If customer service is this good to a non customer I can’t even imagine how good it would be had I bought it from them. My sign is getting old , 10 years , it will need to be replaced at some point. I’m buying from Eddie Edwards, Rick and crew, when the time comes. Don’t make the mistake I did and buy from a non local company. I had a five year warranty, company went out of business in 6 months.

We met with Cody at our business to get a quote on some signs. He said it would be about 4-7 days until we would receive a quote. It took about 12 days and nobody even called us to explain the delay, I had to call them. Then the proofs took even longer due to an employee was out sick. Then we approved the work and they told us install would be the day before we opened our business. We were a little stressed out about this since it was the day before opening so we asked if they could do it any sooner via email and we got no response for several days, so we emailed the operations manager and he apologized for the lack of communication and said they would try their hardest to install sooner. Then it was the Friday before the week we opened I still hadn't heard from anybody about a definite install date. So, once again we contacted them and was told install would be Monday (two days before we open), that was great news! Then later that day I get an email stating there was a mix up and install would not be Monday, it would be Wednesday! (the day before we open). That was another disappointment. So, day of install comes and one of the signs is on a very tall pole and in our estimate it says they will paint the pole, well the installers knew nothing of this and the pole did not get painted. The other sign had a vinyl sticker damaged and they installed it without saying anything, (see picture). We called and Cody said they would send someone back out in a couple days to paint the pole and fix the vinyl sticker that was damaged. Keep in mind no apologies were given at all for any of these issues this whole time. So, a couple days come and go and no word on when someone was coming , so I contacted them AGAIN and was told Friday someone would be coming out. Friday morning comes and we get a voicemail saying they would not be coming because a tech called out sick and the others were on an emergency call. They hope to be out early the next week. So, now we are into the next week and it's Tuesday and still no word. I contact them again and they say the rain had delayed them and they would be out the next day. Still nobody kept us in communication about when or what was going on. We never were asked if we liked the signs. Nothing. Customer service is very bad and communication is even worse. If I were you I would look else where.
