I liked the idea of supporting a local shop in my neighborhood until I realized they weren't actually changing my oil. Dad inspects my truck regularly, and every time he checked the oil, it was low (very low) & the color of varnish (in his words). He always added a quart for the 360-mile trip home. We're talking 3,000-mile oil changes on a well-maintained truck. This hasn't happened once since I found a new service shop. Arbor Auto also misdiagnosed a bad O2 sensor - having me pay hundreds of extra dollars on other parts in the process. I don't trust these guys at all. I can NOT support or recommend this business. Be cautious.

Before I started working for the company I'm at, my bosses have been taking to the company van to get serviced here, I always felt the old man in the front desk was shady and also the prices were high. We got transmission, brakes a bunch of stuff done there. Most recent took it in cause of a check engine light they told me it was a fuel pressure sensor and another sensor I forget. Quoted $850 Plus $150 diagnostic fee. I took it to Yost on n. Lamar they quoted $400 for those parts and installation, even to the diagnostic fee was only $75. The old man that runs arbor is a crook

Fast turnaround, good communication, and honest approach to the few wrinkles that arose. I've heard nothing but good about them and have only good things to say myself.

Not a great experience. We took the car in with what we believed (pretty strongly) to be a radiator leak. Arbor checked it out and said it was not leaking. We reiterated that it had definitely been leaking (it was the color blue, etc.) and after we pressed the issue, they said they'd check it overnight. Then they told us about other problems to be fixed. Then, they called this morning and said they DID find the radiator leak but they didn't share that news until AFTER they'd begun work on another fix that we'd agreed to do because we were told there wasn't a radiator problem. Hence, we spent $500 on something that wasn't urgent to fix and had to leave with a still broken radiator. It's not that the work isn't good, but the communication was absolutely lacking, they didn't seem to believe us when we said there was a problem and they didn't do anything to meet us halfway for the miscommunication, and substantial monetary expense. Just leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Will likely not go back.

This place is great. I had a weak battery and they were able to take care of it right away. In general they provide really great customer service and the system they use is awesome! Highly recommend.
