Overall Feedback:

Probably the worst service I have ever experienced from a company like this. After a very exhausting and time-consuming process, my respective communication partner decided to entirely 'ghost' me, leaving us with no products right before a number of very important events - despite the fact of me telling him that we had been solely relying on them. Created quite some frustration at our end - very unfortunate communication style to say the least.
