We at the Northern Indiana Community Foundation, Inc. absolutely recommend Effect Web Agency. Our site was outdated and needed to be completely redesigned. We feel the process went very smoothly. Effect worked diligently to understand our organization and what we do and to design a website that truly fit our needs. We appreciate that Effect was always available for phone calls, video conferencing, etc. We especially appreciate their willingness to come out to our office.We also found the personalized handbook that was provided to be extremely helpful. Whenever we had questions, we usually got both an answer and a video tutorial, which was very much appreciated. Although there were a couple of times when our questions weren't really understood or we weren't 100% on the same page, they did all they could to figure things out and to help us, and the issues were solved every time.We definitely feel that we can truly maintain the site ourselves moving forward, which was one of our main objectives. Overall, Steve and Elliot were great to work with, and we're so happy we chose to work with Effect Web Agency.
