I would not recommend this Scrum trainer. Rod is midely competent in the material and completely lacks any passion for Scrum and teaching. His style is low energy (sitting the whole time) and at times it feels like he’s procrastinating with pointless stories and an opening HOUR about himself. He uses the first names of people he knows that nobody else in the class knows. It’s as if his inner monologue is being broadcast without him knowing it. He also passed out cards for his other business (woodworking) which he did not tie into his curriculum in anyway. Total unnecessary. His slides are borrowed, outdated, and his information lacks clarity. Rod phones it in.
