Stay Away, never ask to design, horrible customer service and design. Hidden price- Yes, there is hidden price even though they do say there is no hidden price on their website. BE AWARE BECAUSE TEHRE IS HIDDEN CHARGE ON EVERY WHERE. Also, you will be not able to receive full refund after confirm first design. BE AWARE find out everything before go further. Design- I was the one who gave all the ideas and designs to them to design my store. They never ever gave me anything first. Also, three different logo designs, never shown to me. Later, they are acting like they are the one who design everything for my store and they said that I do not have right to use design because it is illegal (it is illegal when they are the one who gave ideas or designs first, but since I was the one who gave, I have right to use. All they did is combining and adding them together and revise what I asked)Unlimited revision- during designing and revising my design yes, it was unlimited but they counted on how many times I asked to revise. Also, when I reached their revision, they said finish up or rapping up because they are wasting on their time because of me. When my store live, UNLIMITED REVISION does not apply on here even though they did something wrong. I asked them to fix everything correctly with the design I confirmed. 1. They do not know difference between design I confirmed and wrong store design live. 2. I was the one who had to point out everything to fix them correctly because they do not know what is wrong and what is not. 3. They are charging me because I am asking too much, just asked to fix them correctly. Customer Service- horrible horrible, awful, malicious, hateful, nasty, bad, mean,.. etc. During designing I have been trying trying to get answer from my question, but never received. I HAD TO ASK SAME QUESTION MORE THAN 2 OR 3 TIMES TO RECEIVE ANSWER. They do not answer, if they do not offer even though I asked, they just ignore questions. Employees- Dax, he said he is manager of project, but I never saw this kind of personality of other manager have. He never apologized on anything, fight back with customer, and does not know what kind of company he is working on. Arvind, I worked with him for a month and never saw a designer have a skill with very very low managing or role on the project. Also, a liar. Sam P, he is the owner of company and do not know what kind of employees he have. Also, do not know what exactly his company do and offer. Very very Poor service and manage project, DO NOT NEVER EVER ASK TO DESIGN YOUR STORE.
