Client Review on Einsteins EYES

Had a horrible experience with this company. I would not recommend them if they were the last company on earth. They had a connection issue to our network and charged us to resolve their problem. Spoke to Joe the owner and he was just horrible to deal with. He lacks any sort of customer service skills. Asked why we were being charged for them to figure out the connection problem and he said "because". I told him we did not contract with him to do IT work and that we just wanted our web site looked at and he still billed us for their problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
